Welcome to ProductiviT! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ProductiviT mobile application ("App") operated by Boolean Productions ("we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these Terms, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting activity to law enforcement.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create in ProductiviT (events, tasks, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
All rights, title, and interest in ProductiviT, including the App name, logo, branding, design, interface, source code, and underlying technology, are owned by Boolean Productions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ProductiviT for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
ProductiviT and all its components are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or use of any part of the App is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
"ProductiviT" and associated logos are trademarks of Boolean Productions. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes.
Your use of ProductiviT is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
Upon account deletion:
ProductiviT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content.
We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boolean Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, service interruption, data loss, costs of substitute services, or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of ProductiviT shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is less.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boolean Productions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
ProductiviT uses Firebase (by Google) for authentication and data storage. Your use of these services is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing, which is subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ProductiviT shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Boolean Productions regarding ProductiviT.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may release updates to ProductiviT from time to time. These updates may:
We welcome your feedback and suggestions. By providing feedback, you grant us the right to use, modify, and incorporate your suggestions into ProductiviT without compensation or attribution.
